Many of our clients have questions about our specific services. Here are just a few of the frequently asked questions.

General Questions

How can I get a quote?

Simply enter your information about your premises in the calculator and your quote will automatically adjust.

Am I charged the full quoted amount even if it doesn't take that long to clean my premises?

No, you’re only charged based on the amount of time your cleaner was actually at your premises working. If they finish earlier, you aren’t charged the full amount quoted.

Does someone have to visit my premises before I can book a cleaning?

No, you can get a quote and book your cleaning online or over the phone. It takes about one minute. But if you want to meet us at your premises, we will gladly come by.

The only exception is, if you want us to clean your premises when your are not there, we would need to meet up to get the keys for the premises.

Are cleaning supplies included?

Cleaning supplies are included by default. Of course, we can use your cleaning supplies if you want us to.

What if I'm not happy with my cleaning?

Please get in touch with us right away and we’ll make arrangements to rectify the situation. Your satisfaction is guaranteed! You just need to contact us within 24h after our visit and we will  redo the cleaning or give you the money back.

Scheduling Questions

Can I get same day booking?

We don’t guarantee same day bookings. But, depending on the day, we can often meet this requirement.

Do i have to be home for my cleaning?

It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be at your premises, we will need to meet up before the cleaning day to get access to your premises.

Does my cleaner arrive at the exact time i book?

Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a one-hour window due to traffic. In scenarios where your cleaner will be late, you will be contacted immediately.

When am i charged for the service?

You are not charged until after the cleaning has been completed. Your invoice will reflect only the amount of time that your cleaner was actually at your home working. After that, you have 30 days to pay the invoice.

Are there any commitments or contracts?

You have to cancel/rebook the booking 24h before the appointment. In case that our cleaner comes to your premises and you have not cancelled/rebooked the appointment, you will be charged with 1h cleaning.

Cleaning Questions

What services do you offer?

We offer a range of services from weekly cleaning to one-time cleaning to move-in and move-out cleaning. You can see the different services by visiting the front page and clicking on the “Services”.

How many cleaners do you send?

Only one cleaner is sent to your premises. If you’re on a recurring schedule, we’ll do our best to match you with the same person going forward.

If you are need more cleaners or if you have a deadline, we can send more cleaners. But the cost will increase. In this case, please call us or mention it in the comment section in online booking.

How will additional service affect my invoice?

You can add an aditional service to your normal cleaning day visit. Just let us know up until 24 hours before our visit. The price per hour will not change, we will only need more time and we will adjust the quote.
